the other day at the grocery i saw some tilapia on sale and picked it up. it made a nice, light, and quick dinner.
|salt and peppered the fish and then sauteed it in butter.|
|while it was cooking, i pitted some Greek olives-just pulling the flesh from the pits and tearing them into pieces. once the fish was cooked, i tossed the olives in the pan with a little lemon juice.|
|then poured the "sauce" over the fish. was pretty good, if i do say so myself.|
