A few weeks ago I saw a video for cauliflower steaks that looked so simple I had to try it. I love cauliflower in all forms. And I love roasted red peppers. And capers. And capers with cauliflower. Perfecto!
|I don't have quite so large a pan, so I cooked it in batches. I wish the head would have been a bit tighter, but oh well.|
|I just used what I had in the pantry. Roasted red peppers, capers, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and parsley. Did I mention the parsley is up in the garden? My favorite herb in the entire world! Next to dill, perhaps.|
