Frozen Dinner

I've been sick. Whatever that thing everyone is getting right now, well I have it. Or had it. It seems to linger. Last night I just wanted to do some light shopping after work and come home and veg out. Once at home, however, I had to figure out what to have for dinner. I would have loved to just put a frozen pizza in the oven, but I didn't have a frozen pizza. Actually, the closest thing to junk food I have in my home is cheese and chocolate chips. Occasionally some tortilla chips or crackers. I don't keep much of anything pre made, aside from emergency pasta sauce (Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce), in the pantry, either, so I thought I was screwed. I was going to actually have to cook something.

Wait a minute. What about the freezer?

Jackpot. I had frozen roasted cherry tomato sauce AND some leftover sausage cheddar balls to throw in as meatballs. Boil some spaghetti, reheat everything else, and done! It was just what I needed.

Tonight? I bought a frozen pizza...
